This is an in house design for. Notching any truck frame on the planet! Because we can cut it in house to any specification you desire and they are made here in the USA.

We can customize any notch to your specification, just supply the dimensions and we will draw it and cut it for you. Our standard 10 notch dimensions are as follows. 14 wide at the top. 8.5 wide at the inside top.

24" wide at the bottom 15.50" wide at the inside bottom. This kit is CNC laser cut from 3/16 steel plate which makes it perfect for notching any mini size truck up to a 1 ton dually frame. Th is notch was desi gned with a heavy duty truck in mind and with the correct cross-member you can attach a goose neck or fifth wheel to this and tow any trailer the you t ruck is originally rated for! We are now offering this kit with an opt ional integrated air bag bracket on the lower notch plate! All customers requesting this option will receive the new style lower plate in 3/16 steel with the bag bracket so you can mount your bags just inboard or out board of the frame.

This option is an additional 45.00.... This is a groundbreaking idea that is not offered anywhere else and is much stronger, faster to install, and cleaner that any other method on the market!

This kit will yield professional results every time. The side plates, upper and lower caps are extra long so you can cut them to your desired length and are 3 wide to accommodate any frame. You should be able to lay the frame with 24 wheels on low profile tires on a dually. We are also able to do custom orders for all most any type of part. We have 20 million in machines and can laser cut steel, chrome-moly, aluminum, stainless and Titainum from a 5 x 10 sheet up to 1/2 inch Thick!
